1 left critically hurt after collision on Sullivant Ave in west Columbus

COLUMBUS, OH – A two-vehicle crash early Saturday in Columbus’ west side left one person with critical injuries, according to 10 WBNS.

The accident happened in the 1000 block of Sullivant Avenue, in the city’s Franklinton neighborhood. Columbus Division of Police officers responded to the scene shortly after 1:45 a.m.

Officials have not yet specified what caused the wreck or whether anyone is expected to be charged, but one person was transported to Grant Medical Center where they were listed in critical condition.

The intersection of Sullivant Avenue and Central Avenue was shut down for the emergency response and investigation, which remains underway.
